Healthy Greek Mozzarella Salad

This is my Greek Mozzarella Salad. It's so fast and easy to make, especially since we're all so very busy, it's healthy, and tastes great. Not too many things are healthy and taste great at the same time. Agree? It can also compensate for a great side dish or appetizer. This is for sure my favorite salad. My friends, family, and employees love it too. I'm sure you'll like this, so give it a try!
8 oz pkg. of Fresh Mozzarella Balls
2 tsp. Olive Oil
1 tsp. Balsamic Vinegar
2 tsp Fresh Basil leaves chopped
4 oz pkg. of grape or cherry tomatoes
Put all these ingredients into medium size mixing bowl, and simply blend it all up together, tossing & stirring.
That's all there is to it! It's as simple as that! and Delicious.
